  • Network members. If you join the network and we determine a fit, we may share limited information about you (such as your name, business, and industry) with other members for the purposes of curated introductions, peer connections, or mentorship. We will not share your contact information without your consent.
  • Legal compliance. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vinx, our members, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Vinx is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
