Vinx Network LLC ("Vinx," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at vinxnetwork.com, the Vinx Brief newsletter, and the private Vinx Network for American business owners, the next generation of operators, and aligned capital partners (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, apply for membership, subscribe to the Brief, or otherwise interact with the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information you provide directly. When you apply to join the network, subscribe to the Brief, or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Business name, state, industry
  • Business information including years in operation and approximate annual revenue (revenue is optional)
  • Information about your situation, goals, and what you have built (optional)
  • Communications you send to us (emails, replies)

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked
  • Referring URL (the website you came from)

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

  • Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, including email delivery (Beehiiv), form intake (Tally), website hosting (Netlify), email validation (ZeroBounce), analytics platforms, advertising platforms (including Meta), and customer relationship tools. These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for Vinx.
  • Network members. If you join the network and we determine a fit, we may share limited information about you (such as your name, business, and industry) with other members for the purposes of curated introductions, peer connections, or mentorship. We will not share your contact information without your consent.
  • Legal compliance. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vinx, our members, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Vinx is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, measure how visitors interact with the Services, and deliver advertising. We use third-party advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to promote Vinx Network and reach prospective members. These platforms use cookies and pixel tags placed on our website to measure ad performance and serve relevant advertising to users on their platforms.

We may upload hashed email addresses to advertising platforms as part of audience-matching programs (such as Meta's Custom Audiences) to deliver Vinx ads to existing contacts and similar audiences. Email addresses are hashed before upload and are used only for advertising purposes.

You can opt out of personalized advertising on Meta through your Meta account settings and through industry opt-out mechanisms at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org.

7. Your rights and choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to applicable law:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion. Request that we delete your personal information.
  • Opt-out of marketing. Unsubscribe from the Vinx Brief at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
  • Opt-out of sale or sharing. California residents and residents of certain other states have specific rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

10. International users

Vinx is based in the United States, and the Services are intended for users in the United States.
